I guess it depends on how many sheets you are going to ship at once.
If a dozen or more, I’d ship priority mail in a box.
If just a few sheets I would ship with a sturdy piece of cardboard on each side.
Paper is heavy so it won’t be cheap.

You could use a mailing tube. Just roll it up, it won’t make a crease that way.
